Anti Covid rules in the Synagogue
Due to anti Covid measures, we cannot accommodate more than 65 people in the synagogue. Seats are reserved for members and associates of Beth Hillel Rome only. Please make reservations by emailing: BethHillelRoma@gmail.com
For the terms of the law, entry to our facility is allowed by showing the Green pass.
Those who have frequented crowded places or places at risk of Covid in recent days are kindly requested not to participate in presence (they can follow the service via Zoom).
At the entrance to the Synagogue we are required to measure the body temperature of everyone, denying access and anyone above 37.5 ° C.
The use of face mask is compulsory.
Security via Zoom and on social networks
To facilitate security checks, Beth Hillel members and associates must enter Zoom meetings with their full name and video enabled. Once in the meeting you can turn off the video, at your discretion. Anyone using a nickname must communicate it by e-mail to: Sicurezzabethhillel@gmail.com
Guests and visitors who want to enter the Synagogue via Zoom should contact security: Sicurezzabethhillel@gmail.com
Some Zoom events (such as conferences and round tables) are public and open to anyone with the access link to participate. Beth Hillel is committed to making visible only the faces and names of the speakers involved in the events. And reserves the right to publish the recordings on the website and on the community’s social networks.
For security reasons, all Zoom meetings are recorded and stored by Beth Hillel, who owns the personal data. Anyone who joins Zoom meetings fully accepts that they are recorded.
Zoom recordings of the activities taking place in the Synagogue are not disclosed. They are kept for the time strictly necessary for security operations and subsequently destroyed.
